What payment methods are available?

We only accept Payment made through UTRUST platform. This way, you can use BTC or ETH with buyer protection. ?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders shipped to European Union. For other locations, the shipping costs are 5?.

How is my order processed and shipped?

Your order will be processed and your product sent by UTRUST partners. UTRUST does not sell this items by itself, as we only authorized our partners ?to use UTRUST brand and trademark on the products being sold.

Is there a way to track my shipment status?

Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code that our shipping partners will send by email to you, once your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If UTRUST products exist in stock, generally we need up to 15 business days to prep and ship your order. Otherwise, if you order any UTRUST product out of stock, the shipping can take up to 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.

How are refunds processed?

Any refund, either due a cancelled order, initiated by you or due to lack of payment, either any excess funds transferred, will be refunded in full, after deducted any transaction network fee .

To which countries do you ship UTRUST Products?

All European countries, Canada, USA, Mexico, India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, China (Hong Kong) and Macau.

Exchanges/Returns

UTRUST products must be returned with no signs of use within 30 days of receiving the order. ?The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. We will process your refund within 60 days.
